Shelter Hall Raw is delighted to welcome a new concept from the Fatto a Mano team who have created a traditional Neapolitan pizza with a real Sussex influence from their three sites in Brighton & Hove.
Using local ingredients to create traditional Italian dishes, Fatto has fused their homeland with their seaside home. The Shelter Hall Raw menu replicates much of their favourites, Diavola, Margherita or Burratina Provola supplemented by a few vegetarian and vegan options.
Their ethos is simple and in keeping with the traditions of Neapolitan Pizza, creating great, fresh food that is reasonably priced.
Fatto Gelato – their authentic Italian flavour gelato and sorbet pots will be available from their traditional cart on the terrace and served to table as the perfect finish
